OUR PROPERTIES: Now in our 29th year, we offer the best and widest selection of overseas rental properties for the independent traveler, and now list over 5,000 villas, cottages, apartments, chateaux, and castles on our website.

We offer a much larger selection of properties than are currently listed on our site. So if you do not see a property meeting your specific needs, please contact us and we'll try to find a property that does!

REGIONAL MENUS AND SEARCH ENGINE: Every page on our site has a set of regional menus at the top, that make it easy to zoom in on properties in a particular part of the world. You can also try our onsite search engine — you can enter the geographical location you're interested in, as well as your budget and other features you desire of your rental property (sleeping capacity, pool, A/C, etc.).

RESERVATIONS AND INFORMATION: Reservations should be made with our office (or through your travel agent) and can usually be confirmed within 48 hours. Rental properties are frequently booked 3 - 6 months in advance so it is advisable to reserve as far ahead as possible. All reservations are accepted subject to our booking conditions and must be fully paid in advance.

Calling us directly is the quickest way to draw upon our expert help with your travel planning. But we also invite you to use our web forms and travel folders:

1. You find a property of interest and let us know — This is the most common way our visitors use our site facilities. First you browse through our property pages in the region of interest. You find a property you particularly like; or you find a property that is close to what you are looking for. Then you press the appropriate button at the bottom of the property page (either the "Check Price / Availability" button or the "Offer Me Alternatives"). Next, you fill out a form which provides us with your contact information and some of your trip information and rental preferences. This information helps us obtain what you are after, since many of our properties book far in advance.
   
   
2. You create a travel folder — It's easy! You can add as many properties as you like to your personal travel folder. You also can come back a day, a week, or a year later, and your selected properties and the other information you provide will still be there. To create a travel folder, you can click here. Or you can press the "Add to Travel Folder" button at the bottom of any property page, register for an account — and the property will be added to your new folder instantly.

PRICES: Foreign exchange rates against the dollar alter frequently, and thus all of our posted prices are subject to change. Please call for an up-to-date price quotation. We also recommend that you consult our price guide, to get a rough sense of prices for some of the most common choices made by our clients.

Please note, we make a charge for our services and so an overhead charge is included in all of our prices.

CAR RENTALS: We will be happy to assist you with arrangements for local car rental (at very competitive rates) in conjunction with your property rental. We are presently offering an additional 5% discount on the already low rates offered by AutoEurope. At the top of many of our property pages (in Europe, the Caribbean, and other locations) you'll see our "Renting A Vehicle?" graphic, which allows you to set up your own auto rental arrangements (via our special partnership with AutoEurope).
