Morroco, the oldest kingdom in the Muslim world, retains its centuries-old allure. Its best-known cities - Marrakech, Tangier, Fez and Casablanca - conjure up images of intrigue and romance. A walk through the maze-like souks (markets) or a close encounter with a snake charmer near the kasbah adds to the mystique. Just eight miles from Spain across the Straits of Gibraltar, this North African gateway provides a varied landscape - with golden beaches and resorts along both its Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, spectacular hiking and skiing on the Rif and Atlas mountain ranges and the blazing Sahara desert in the southern part of the kingdom.

We offer a limited selection of luxurious apartments and villas in Morocco that will make the legendary Arabian Nights come alive. Most are located in and around the ancient, red-walled city of Marrakech, with its famous Djemaa el Fna Square and the largest medina in Morocco. Many of our rentals are built in the traditional Moroccan style around a central courtyard that provides privacy and quiet within the old city walls. A number have pools, luxuriant gardens and terraces with views of the distant, snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Others are located on the outskirts of Marrakech adjacent to a palm grove or a world-class golf course. We also offer villas further south on the edge of the Sahara.

INTERIORS. Villas: 1-6 bedrooms and up to 6 bathrooms. Apartments: Studios to 3 bedrooms and up to 2 bathrooms, all with fully-equippped kitchens. The architecture reflects the Arab, African and Berber heritage in such touches as portal arches, mosaics and colorful kilim fabrics. Furnishings are likely to include the plush seating and beautiful canopies favored by Berber kings. Amenities may include stereo, TV, air conditioning, barbeque and an attentive staff.
