Heron Hill Villa is ideally situated to take advantage of all that the
island of Eleuthera has to offer. This spacious villa is set on a five-acre
estate of coconut palms on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Several patios and decks, plus a large semicircular terrace, take maximum
advantage of the magnificent views. Steps lead down to your own pink
sand beach, where a colorful coral reef provides fantastic snorkeling.
The property is landscaped with over 100 towering palm trees and a profusion
of flowering tropical shrubs. Indoors, the villa is comfortably furnished
and very well equipped. With three kitchens, it can also be rented as
separate one-bedroom apartments, each with its own terrace. A pleasant
three-quarter mile walk brings you to the village of Palmetto Point
for shopping or dining out.

best-known of the Out Islands of the Bahamas, Eleuthera offers outstanding
sport-fishing and bone-fishing opportunities. The villa's caretaker
can assist in arranging excursions throughout the island. If you grow
