If you want to escape the chill of winter, or simply enjoy some of the best beaches and diving in the Caribbean, you can hardly choose a better destination than the Cayman Islands. This British Crown Colony is a cluster of three islands -- Grand Cayman is the main one -- lying in the western Caribbean, south of Cuba and northwest of Jamaica.

Grand Cayman offers gorgeous white sand beaches, a large lagoon protected by a coral reef, and a rare mangrove swamp. While diving or snorkeling in the aquamarine sea, you will encounter an amazing variety of tropical fish, and perhaps even a sea turtle or two. Dive boats, lessons, and fishing charters can be arranged, and tennis and golf are available. Grand Cayman also offers an excellent choice of restaurants -- local specialties include island-raised turtle meat!

Our properties on Grand Cayman enjoy fabulous beachfront locations and sea views. Choose from our attractive modern villas, which feature contemporary, island-style architecture, porches or decks, and tasteful furnishings. A few villas offer private pools and other amenities such as a dock and small rowboat. If you prefer an apartment, almost all of ours are set on the beach, with either a private or shared pool.

Many of our properties are located in the resort area of Cayman Kai, on the north side of Grand Cayman about 45 minutes' drive from the airport and the capital of George Town. This attractive residential area is just a short walk or drive from shops, restaurants, and dive shops. Also available are several villas on the smaller island of Cayman Brac.

INTERIORS
Apartments range from 1 to 4 bedrooms, villas from 1 to 6 bedrooms, plus 1-5 bathroom(s), living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Properties are comfortably furnished in island style. Amenities may include telephone, TV, washer/dryer, microwave oven, BBQ, and occasionally a dishwasher or VCR. Most properties offer fans; some also have air conditioning.
