THE AREA

On the main island of St. Thomas, the bustling port of Charlotte Amalie is famous for its wide choice of restaurants, entertainment and duty-free shops. On St. Croix are historic ports dating to Danish colonial times; and beautiful St. John offers a national park as well as an underwater snorkeling trail. Island-hopping is easy, with frequent ferry service between St. Thomas and St. John, and small plane service between St. Thomas and St. Croix.

THE PROPERTIES
The Griffin Villas are located on the north shore of St. Thomas, just 10 minutes from Charlotte Amalie. Close by are some wonderful beaches, including the famous beach at Magens Bay (considered one of the world's most beautiful beaches). Watersports enthusiasts can sail, scuba dive or snorkel in pristine, clear waters; tennis, golf and deep-sea fishing are also available.

Each villa comprises bedroom(s), bathroom(s), living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable; telephone is provided, and most offer cable TV.
