THE AREA
Located just east of Cannes, the tiny peninsula of Cap d'Antibes looks across the Baie des Anges toward Nice. Beautiful Mediterranean-style villas occupy this exclusive and mostly residential community, where footpaths along the coast offer magnificent views across the bay. Near the beginning of the peninsula is the old town of Antibes, where the impressive Chateau Grimaldi evokes the atmosphere of days gone by. Antibes also boasts the Picasso Museum and a good archeological museum, while more contemporary diversions may be found int eh nearby town of Juan-les-Pins, which is well known for its nightlife. The peninsula is perfectly situated for day trips west toward Cannes, east toward Nice and Monte Carlo, or inland to picturesque towns such as Vence and St-Paul-de-Vence.

THE PROPERTIES
Private villas on Cap d'Antibes are naturally much in demand. We are pleased to offer an outstanding selection of properties, ranging in size from three to six bedrooms ( a few smaller or larger villas may also be available). Nearly all feature their own swimming pools, and some also offer a private tennis court. Some villas are set directly on the water, while others occupy elevated positions, with views through the pine trees toward the sea.

INTERIORS
Villas include 3-6 bedrooms, 3 or more bathrooms, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Tastefully furnished in a mix of contemporary and traditional styles, the villas offer a high level of comfort, with amenities that usually include a color TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. Some properties may also offer a sofabed for additional guests.
