THE AREA
The private estate of Val d'Azur is located on the French Riviera, only three miles from the medieval villages of Valbonne and Biot, and 20 minutes' drive from the beautiful resorts of Cannes and Antibes. It is an ideal location from which to explore the whole of the Côte d'Azur -- from the cliffs, beaches and sheltered bays along the coast, to the picturesque villages that are found in the inland hills where Val d'Azur is situated. These hill towns include Grasse, where Provençal flowers are turned into fine perfumes, and the artists' colony of St. Paul de Vence. If you wish to explore further afield, day trips might take you anywhere from elegant Nice to glamorous Monte Carlo.

THE PROPERTIES
