THE AREA
The island of Syros makes a wonderful destination just a little off
the beaten path. Along with its better-known neighbor Mykonos, Syros
forms part of the Cyclades group, and offers a classic Greek island
setting with spectacular views of the Aegean. It is located four and
a half hours by ferry from the port of Piraeus at Athens, or 25 minutes
from Athens by plane. Nearby lies the sacred island of Delos, and it
is well worth a day trip to see the magnificent ancient ruins there.
Should you desire more cosmopolitan diversions, the restaurants and
nightclubs of Mykonos also await.
THE PROPERTIES

in an exclusive area 15 minutes from town, the villa is within walking
distance of a beautiful sandy cove and beach for swimming and snorkeling.
There are a number of tavernas nearby, and a good grocery store and
bakery two miles away.
INTERIORS
The upper
levels of this 7-bedroom villa comprise 4 bedrooms with private terraces,
4 bathrooms, living room (w/fireplace and sofabed), dining room (seats
10), fully equipped kitchen and terrace. On the lower level are a 1-bedroom
and a 2-bedroom apartment, each with bathroom, living room, dining area
and kitchenette. There is also a recreation room with kitchenette, dining
area, washroom and barbecues. The villa offers a washing machine, dishwasher,
TV, radio, stereo, plus air-conditioning on the top two levels.
