This recently renovated beach house offers an idyllic location,
a mere 50 yards from the gorgeous sandy beach of Agios Dimitrios
on the southwest coast of the island. You will be just 5 minutes'
drive from the village of Kalamakia, and 10 minutes from the picturesque
fishing harbor of Steni Vala. The house is surrounded by olive
trees, and features a shaded outdoor dining terrace with spectacular
sea views. You will find a taverna or two right on the beach,
and other restaurants in the nearby villages. Alonissos offers
wonderful boating, and if you choose to rent a boat, you can moor
it at a nearby dock.
This beach house offers simple but comfortable furnishings, 2
bedrooms, bathroom, large open-plan living/dining room, and fully
equipped kitchen.

The four charming villas in this group are clustered around a

just above the fishing village of Votsi, about 3 miles from the
Old Town of Alonissos. Two detached and two semidetached villas

walk down to the village harbor and a pebble beach. You will find
a few tavernas and small shops in Votsi, and more choices in the
main harbor of Patitiri and in the Old Town of Alonissos.

ceilings, and furnishings of an excellent standard. The semidetached
villas comprise 2 bedrooms (double bedroom open to living room,
and upstairs twin bedroom), 1-1/2 bathrooms, open-plan living/dining
room and fully equipped kitchen. The detached villas offer a similar
floor plan, with 2 bathrooms.
