The Fethard Farmhouse
dates back to the 16th century, and is still part of a working farm,
one mile from the sea in the southern part of County Wexford. This
is a quiet area adjacent to a wild duck reserve. It is 23 miles
from the historic city of Wexford, which hosts a world-famous opera
festival each October. To the west, Waterford and its crystal factory
make another good day trip. The farmhouse features a garden, a terrace
with outdoor furniture, and a children's play area. Though rural,
the location is just a mile from the local pub, and a half-mile
to the nearest shop. Within 3 miles, you will find beaches, tennis,
and horseback riding. This is also a great area for golf, with 5
local courses.

offers 4 bedrooms (3 double, 1 single, and extra single bed), 2-1/2
bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace,
sunroom, and fully equipped kitchen. TV, VCR, washer/dryer, microwave,

County Wexford. To the northeast lie Wexford city (home to a
world-famous opera festival) and Rosslare Harbour, where ferries

You will find pubs, restaurants, and shops all within walking
distance, and a golf course within 15 miles. Kilmore Quay is
an excellent base for day trips all along the Wexford coast,
an area that boasts many good beaches.

living room with fireplace, dining room with french doors onto
the garden, and fully equipped farmhouse-style eat-in kitchen.
