situated residence offers six apartments, all with lake views,
just steps from the lake and 150 yards from the village center.
The apartments share a well-kept garden with outdoor furniture
and barbecue, and each unit includes a balcony. It is just a short
walk down to a nearby beach. There is a main road 50 yards from
the residence, convenient for auto access. Domaso provides a good
choice of shops and restaurants, and easy access to all that Lake
Como has to offer, from boat trips to scenic walks and drives.

the eastern shores of Lake Como (about 13 miles north of Lecco).
The five-story buildings are midway between the lakeshore and
the old village center, 400-500 yards from each. In addition to
sailing, Dervio's attractions include an old castle and bell tower,
and pebble beaches on the lakeshore. The apartments are set in
nicely landscaped grounds with a pool,
two
tennis courts
(fee), and a children's playground. Each apartment enjoys its
own balcony. This is an excellent base for day trips around Lake
Como, to the picturesque resort of Bellagio and beyond.

comprises the second floor of the house, with stairs leading up
to the main bedroom. Another apartment on the ground floor is
occasionally occupied. Special features of this development include
a communal
pool
(open mid-July through August) and a tennis
court.
