Set right on the lakefront, the Residence enjoys delightful views of Lake Maggiore and its islands. On the ground floor of the Residence is a well-regarded restaurant, and it is just a few minutes' walk to the town center, the ferry landing, and the lakefront promenade and beach. Tennis courts and a swimming pool are available nearby.

One and two bedroom apartments: double or twin bedroom(s), bathroom, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The apartments offer comfortable, attractive furnishings, plus telephone and color TV; sofabeds are available. Kitchens do not have ovens. A few one and two bedroom penthouse apartments offer air-conditioning.
