Here in the heart of the Costa del Sol, you can indulge in your favorite sports and pastimes in world-class surroundings, whether it be golf (on championship-level courses), tennis (at well-equipped private clubs), horseback riding, sailing, or windsurfing. And if you would like to see a bit more of traditional Spain during your stay, a short drive will bring you inland to some of the "white villages," the timeless pueblos of Andalusia.

THE PROPERTIES
We are pleased to offer a wide selection of villas with private pools in Nueva Andalucia, an exclusive residential area that begins behind the port of Puerto Banus and extends a mile or two up into the hills. Not only are our properties convenient to all that Marbella and Puerto Banus have to offer, they are also very affordable. These attractive, Mediterranean-style villas sit amidst lush, landscaped gardens -- semitropical plants thrive in the balmy climate -- and many enjoy views of La Concha mountain and the coast. These properties are also perfect for golf enthusiasts, as many are set directly on one of Nueva Andalucia's four golf courses.

INTERIORS
Villas include 3-5 bedrooms, 2 or more bathrooms, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Most offer TV, telephone, washer/dryer, microwave, and an extra bed or sofabed.
