THE PROPERTIES

in two outlying areas of the city -- each just yards across the border
in France. Both locations provide an excellent value and a very economical
alternative to downtown hotels. The Residence Gaillard is located
on the southern outskirts of Geneva, with easy access to the city
center. The Residence Voltaire is located in a quiet wooded area in
Ferney-Voltaire, on the north side of the city; a heated swimming
pool is available during the summer months. The Residence Voltaire
is especially convenient to the international airport, and both residences
offer easy access (by tram, bus or taxi) to all the sights of this
cosmopolitan city.
INTERIORS
Studios
include bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, and living area
with double sofabed or double sofabed plus single bed. One and two
bedroom apartments include bedroom(s) with regular double bed, living
room (with sofabed), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/dining area.
All apartments have comfortable, modern furnishings, telephone and
color TV; sofabeds are of top quality.
