Thank you for your interest in our vacation rental program, and welcome to our website. Here you can check out a selection of our properties. The site is small but developing - new properties are continually being added, so please stop back.

OUR PROPERTIES: Now in our 20th year, we offer the best and widest selection of overseas rental properties for the independent traveler, and now list more than 25,000 villas, cottages, apartments, chateaux, and castles. We provide separate flyers (and some web page listings) on properties throughout Britain, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece, Ireland, Austria, Germany, Holland and Turkey, plus Mexico, most of the Caribbean Islands and select locations in the Pacific, South America and Africa.

Only a limited number of properties are currently included in this site, but we do offer a much larger selection. So if you do not see a property meeting your specific needs, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations should be made with our office (or through your travel agent) and can usually be confirmed within 48 hours. Rental properties are frequently booked 3 - 6 months in advance so it is advisable to reserve as far ahead as possible. All reservations are accepted subject to our booking conditions and must be fully paid in advance.

Office hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time -- Monday to Friday.

We invite you to use our online reservation form, which doubles as a guide for the kinds of questions we ask to help you plan your get-away. Even better: pick your favorite among the locations we display on this site, press the Reserve It! button at the bottom of the page, and then fill in the reservation form; this will help us understand what you are after, and help you obtain what you are after (since many of our properties book far in advance).

PRICES: Foreign exchange rates against the dollar alter frequently, and thus all of our published prices are subject to change. Please call for an up-to-date price quotation. Please note, we make a charge for our services and so an overhead charge is included in all of our prices.

BROCHURES: In addition to individual flyers, we also offer a selection of color brochures covering entire countries and regions such as Italy, France, UK, Ireland, and the Caribbean. For large brochures (up to 300 pages) we require prepayment of the mailing costs.

COLOR COPIES: High costs prevent us from printing many of our listings in color. However, once we have checked property availability for you, we will be happy to make color copies of those properties that most interest you.

CAR RENTALS: We will be happy to assist you with arrangements for local car rental (at very competitive rates) in conjunction with your property rental.
