A 2-storey villa built on a slope, so that both levels have direct access to the road. It comprises of the lower level which consists of 2 guest suites -each with one bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom (shower/WC) and large terrace with sea views. The upper level is the main body of the villa, with one twin bedroom (en suite bathroom with tub/WC) opening onto the main terrace, one double bedroom and in between, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds for children. The remaining areas are open-plan -living room, dining room and kitchen. The main bathroom is modern with tub/WC. Unlimited sea views offered from most of the rooms and the terrace. The semi-landscaped garden also offers a built-in barbecue and a mid-size freshwater swimming pool. At a higher level of the main house, there is a small studio, camouflaged by the incline, used occasionally by the owning family (e.g. for a couple of weeks during August). Distances 3kms west of Kokkari, facing the bay of Samos town. All facilities for shopping, dining and nightlife can be found in this resort village. Ca. 28kms from the airport and ca. 13kms from the port of Samos town. Local pebble beach at 300m down the slope.
