Built with local stone blends in perfectly with the colorful trees and bougainvillea that characterize this part of the world-famous Amalfi coastline. A mere quarter-of-an-hour from Amalfi itself, the property stands on its own in a unique position of natural peace and beauty. “Villa Ripari” has its own private pool suspended high above the bay. Bathers will experience the incredible sensation of swimming above the sea itself. Two large terraces, one outside the living room and the other on the east side, allow guests to make the most of this special oasis of tranquility. There are two smaller terraces accessible from the main bedrooms on the first floor. For those who are sportive and prefer the sea itself, a little path hewn out of the cliff-face wends its way down to the exclusive, water-smoothed rock beach below.
“Villa Ripari”can be easily reached from the main coastal road. The estate has its own private drive and access is controlled electronically by means of a secure gate. There is parking space for up to four vehicles.
Ground Floor: From the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, the main door opens onto a spacious living area consisting of the living room and dining room, the latter on a slightly raised level. To the left an elegant stairway takes you up to the first floor. Past the dining room a fully equipped kitchen with its own outside patio awaits you. A corridor then leads down to the sleeping area: one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The latter suite has French windows giving onto the east terrace.
First Floor: This has two large bedrooms, one on the right and the other on the left. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with tubs and large balcony areas.
Annexes: One single bedroom and one twin bedroom accessible only from outside are located alongside the pool area. They also have their own en suite bathroom with shower.
