Living area : 300m2 + garden 5000m2 with carport for 2 cars, large terrace, swimming pool 11m x 5m (steps, alarm). The pool water is treated by electrolysis with salt (no chlorine). Area for children to play soccer. Many olive, apricot trees and far away the view of Alpilles mountains.
