Villa Darius is built to luxury designer standards positioned only 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Panormo. It has all the facilities of the village of Panormo within walking distance. Villa Darius can accommodate up to ten guests. This spacious villa of the total size of 240 m2 is arranged over 4 floors. There is a galleried living area which has high ceilings with wooden beams, and lots of windows. Also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is comfortable, hand made and of a high quality. From this level (where the kitchen is) through a wooden staircase one can go to the upper floor into a large open plan sitting room with a large fireplace, satellite TV, and a corner balcony with great views over the pool and out to sea. On this level there is a bedroom with double bed, A/C and a balcony with view to the sea. Also a bathroom en-suite with a shower. Going back down to the level with the kitchen and the dining area, through a wooden staircase one can go to the lower level. On this level there is 1 bathroom with bathtub zacuzzi. A bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bedroom with with double bed. From here a balcony leads out to a veranda and through a staircase one can go to the pool. From this level there is a second entrance into the villa and through a corridor there is an exit to a balcony and the pool. From this level through a staircase one can go to the lowest level of the villa, internally of the pool. The pool and this level is seperated by a big door. On this area there is a W/C shower and a small kitchenette fully equipped. Next to this is the garage. From this level 4 steps lead someone to a sitting area with 3 beds and a bathroom with shower, a door that opens into a balcony and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. On this level there is the 3rd entrance into the villa. Great attention has been given to the decoration of the house, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere. All of the balconies have their own patio furniture, and there is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area. The villa has a large swimming pool of 32 m2 with fantastic sea views and a covered sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. This is a property where you do not necessarily need to hire a car.
