From the living room an open marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms; one of which has a four poster bed, one has a double bed and the other has twin beds. There is a very large sun terrace on this floor with fabulous views over the olive groves, the village and to the sea. The 5th bedroom with ensuite shower/wc is in the semi basement, together with a fitness room with table tennis, a separate bathroom, and a utility room with a washing machine. Further to this the villa has central heating (at an extra charge) for cooler spells.
The sea is about 3 km away, and the nearest beach around 5 km away. A small shop and kafenion can be found in the village of Prines, while the village of Atsipopoulos (approx. 2 km) has some shops and is famous for its excellent tavernas.
