There are two DOUBLE BEDDED rooms plus a full sized futon style double Sofa Bed in the Lounge. There is a complete Bathroom and Shower.
*There is a front and side balcony/veranda plus a central staircase (shared with the other House) which leads up to a private sun roof and barbeque area. This is private and secluded.
*In front of the veranda there is a Swimming Pool (shared with another house) for exclusive use of Tenants only.
*The Villa has fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine. The Villa is fully Air Conditioned.
