Approached by a long drive lined with palms, this substantial property is in an elevated position, in two and a half acres of land to the east of Praia da Luz,with lovely views across the bay of Lagos and also over Boa Vista Golf Course. The turquoise, pebbled pool is most attractive and contemporary, with a bridge and a waterfall, set in spacious terraces with large palms and shrubs. There is a useful poolside bar with an American style fridge. The covered barbeque area is delightful with teak garden furniture and there is a lovely bougainvillea covered courtyard, dominated by an enormous palm tree, at the front. There is also an orchard with apple, orange, lemon, lime, olive, fig and avocado trees and a separate rose garden. The L-shaped living/dining room has sea views and is comfortably furnished. The master suite has an extremely modern, spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and doors opening onto the eight person Jacuzzi with an overflow waterfall into the free form pool.
