Casa Simbra is located on the edge of Arrábida's National Park and boasts magnificent views of the Bay of Sesimbra and it’s coastline from all directions.
Set in 1100 square metres and standing at approximately 200 metres above sea level, Casa Simbra is perfect for groups of families or friends looking for an intimate and panoramic setting while maintaining easy access (2 minutes by car) to Sesimbra.
The accommodation is exceptionally spacious, well laid out and furnished and equipped to a high standard with stylish decor. Casa Simbra has terraces at all levels, with a terrace leading out onto the private swimming pool and barbeque area on the ground floor, a large covered terrace on the first floor which is perfect for alfresco dining, and a comfortable roof terrace.
All of Casa Simbra's bedrooms are sea facing and some of the rooms also have views of Arrábida's National Park.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with state of the art appliances. Each floor has a large living room with open fireplaces making this an ideal choice for out of season holidays. There are 12 sun loungers available for client's use.
Please note that the owners will be living beneath the property with their adorable chocolate labrador, Roma. Their self contained apartment is sectioned off from the main villa and they are fully aware of and respect our client’s need for privacy.
