Located in the heart of Paris, in the central 1st district, this area is simply amazing.
Two steps away from Rue de Rivoli, Les Halles and Rue St Honoré , you can easily walk from your aparment to Le Marais area, Montorgueil, the Pompidou Center, the Louvre Museum etc. Two minutes walk away is the River Seine, Ile de la Cité and then St Germain des Pres on the Left Bank. With many restaurants, cafés, bakeries, clothes shops and gifts you will find everything you might need there!
The closest metro stations to this apartment are Les Halles, Louvre-Rivoli, Châtelet and Pont Neuf. You can also easily reach Arts et Metiers and Etienne Marcel. The RER Châtelet les Halles will lead you to CDG airport in 45 minutes.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift/elevator.

Recently renewed this 90sqm (969 sq ft) apartment is actually a combination of two apartments. Therefore it features two kitchens, two bathrooms, two toilets and two living-rooms. It enables a group of nine people to stay in the same place while having a chance to live at your own pace and having your privacy. For instance, depending on who gets up early, you can have your breakfast in one kitchen and not the other (as they are both open on a living-room as explained below).

The entrance leads to a small corridor which opens on the first living-room. It has a large couch offering a sofa bed for two people (140x200), a coffee table on casters and a flat screen TV. The first fitted kitchen is open on this living area. High stools will enable you to fully use the bar.
From this living-room you will access another part of the apartment overlooking a quiet courtyard: the corridor will lead you to the master bedroom featuring a queen size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Curtains will enable you to separate this bathroom from the bedroom.
Just off the corridor, next to the bedroom, you will find the toilet (with a washbasin).
In the middle of the corridor, an open reading-room (or TV-corner) has been installed in a sort of alcove, featuring a sofabed where one person can comfortably sleep (120x200) and a flat screen TV. It creates a nice open room where your children will be able to watch a DVD if you need time for yourself in the main living-room for instance!
Both the master bedroom and this reading/TV corner look on a quiet courtyard.

From the living-room described above, you will reach another part of the apartment, which was originally a second apartment. A small corridor leads to all the rooms.
First on the left is the bedroom, small but lovely and functional, with a double bed (140x200) and wardrobe. Opposite this bedroom, you will find the second bathroom.
It features a walk-in shower and toilet. And finally, at the back, there is the second living-room, with a sofabed for two people (140x200), and a fitted kitchen, which is open on the living room just as the kitchen of the other living-room. There are also high stools in this room.

This apartment is special and very atypical. It is brightly painted with light colors, a lovely mix of grey, white and beige which gives a pleasant, relaxing feeling.
It can sleep a maximum of 9 people and thanks to the two living-rooms and the two fitted kitchens, you will really be able to organize your stay just as you wish, leaving some of your group asleep while still being able to fully use the rooms you need!
