Apartment Paillette
sleeps up to: 8
This stylish 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor (5th US floor) of an oldstone building, with elevator, and is just a short walk away from Saint Germain des Pres.
The building is equipped with security code and intercom and has a concierge. It is located at the corner of two quiet streets, just off Boulevard St Germain, close to metro stop "Rue du Bac".
The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people and thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, 2 more people can stay without problem. It is furnished with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture and is perfectly equipped for your comfort.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet, antique bedside tables and a chest of drawers. This bedroom overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. It is also equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
The second bedroom has two beds that can be joined together to make a queen size bed. There is also a large antique wardrobe and a small settee found at the flea market. It looks out onto a street which is, day or night, a very quiet street.
Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and their original features (parquet floor, marble fireplaces...) have been preserved and restored during renovation work, offering a typical Parisian atmosphere.
The third bedroom also has a splendid marble fireplace and is equipped with a daybed that can be converted into two twin beds. It can be used as a bedroom if 6 people are staying in the apartment, or as a simple study/TV room otherwise.
There is a flat screen TV with international channels and a DVD player. The built-in cabinet can be used to hang clothes and/or store suitcases. The desk and chairs have been found in a flea market.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, hotplates, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The kitchen opens onto a spacious dining/living room area, with windows over looking a quiet street and flooding the room with light. The elegant and comfortable sofa bed is very easy to handle and can be converted into an additional queen size bed. Most of the furniture have been found in the flea market and bring an authentic and warm atmosphere to the room.
