The house is new and finished to a high standard. It is set in an olive grove on a hillside running down to the sea - which is thirty metres in front of the house. The house is in a bay, one of the most beautiful places in the island.
From the house you see the sea and further away the distant cliffs and hillsides of Alonnisos covered in pine forests and in the distance other small islands and the island of Skopelos. In the bay dolphins sometimes play and gambol and fishing boats occasionally anchor over night. There is a small swimming platform directly in front the house approached by a path through the olive trees.
