The villa's main entrance is graced with elegant class and character, leading on to three floors, with five bedrooms (six including the TV room), and en-suite bathrooms/showers for each room. The villa can hold large parties and functions, ideal for corporate use.
The magnificient view from the Casbah terrace overlooks the sea and the grounds. The villa's private roof terrace is ideal for sunbathing or star gazing. From here, you can see quite a bit of the nearby bays, and catching a mistral breeze, can be a priceless experience.
Furnished throughout with elegant taste, Villa Elysee evokes Art Deco charm with modern practicality. The villa offers everything to satisfy the entire family or group including Satellite TV, VCR, PlayStation, Hi-Fi, fax, security and housekeeping services (optional).
The villa has a large private garden with plenty of space for children to explore. A tented sandpit gives families an added option, and you may even be able to pick fresh garlic, fruits and various other herbs, when in season.
The main living room is accessed via the main entrance hallway. The spacious room offers an open fireplace and is fully furnished to high standards, including a hi-fi. French-doors lead to a tile covered terrace extending around the entire first floor of the villa and overlooks the pool.
Fully modern kitchen for the gourmet cook. The kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous black counters, lots of storage and covered in stunning Italian tiles. Two large 'fridges compliment a new gas cooker and oven. A rear exit door to the courtyard allows for discreet exit/entrance.
TV/Entertainment Room/Bedroom 6 also leads to first level balcony. Satellite TV, PlayStation (with plenty of games to keep the kids busy on nights in), VCR (including library of English and French titles), and fax complete the picture. Also two other large master bedrooms (one with AC) with en-suite bathrooms (bath and showers). Bedrooms are accessed via small corridors with an additonal door for privacy. All bedrooms have large windows, cloakrooms and plenty of space.
There are six total bedrooms (including the TV room and Casbah). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower/bath, and a baby's cot is also available. The bathrooms are either tiled or carpeted. Master bedroom also has own Satellite TV and all the bedrooms have large windows, curtains and shutters.
All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished and three have TV's. All have access to private bathrooms. The lower level bedrooms (pictured) open to the garden and pool. Perfect for rolling out of bed and taking a quick dip.
The Villa has a live-in groundskeeper and housekeeper. They reside in a non-intrusive flat attached to the Villa.
No more than 10 adults occupancy (exceptions are made for children). Pets are welcome, within reason. A breakage deposit is required. The deposit is returned upon inspection of property after rental period. Any housekeeping/baby sitting services (optional) are NOT included.
