Lawns are laid round a lovely pool to one side of the villa, overlooked by a covered outdoor dining terrace. To the front there are shrubs and olive trees, forming a backdrop view from a shaded terrace by the main door. With cane seats for cool lounging and bougainvillea for a splash of bright colour, this makes the perfect spot for idle days and evening drinks. Furnished with functional comfort in mind, the house has a sitting/dining room separated from the kitchen by steps and an open archway – so the ‘chief chef’ can still join in the conversation. In the main house there’s a double-bedded room and one with small twin beds (for children), while the two guest annexes, on either side of the house, each have independent entry and comprise a twin bedroom with bath or shower en suite. Bars and restaurants in Pollensa and the beach at Puerto Pollensa are all within easy reach.
