The enthusiastic local owners have now completed their restoration of this beautiful 250 year old farmhouse to provide an idyllic opportunity for you to enjoy a memorable holiday in this charming, rustic home. Entering through the original oak studded front door is the hallway with seating area and inner arch leading into the dining room with feature fireplace and well fitted open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezerand electric oven/gas hob. Now a cosy "snug" room with the open log fireplace, the original kitchen still has the centuries old stone wash basin and original blue/white splash back tiles. One twin bedroom and one double bedroom share one family shower room.
Stairs (with stairgate at top) lead up to the large open-plan sitting room with Satellite TV and DVD. One extra bed can be placed in this area if required.
The Master twin bedroom has a side door opening to the upper sun terrace with pool, countryside views and a small covered casita - ideal for shaded relaxation. One full bath/shower room nearby. One further twin bedroom with safety deposit box has a shower room nearby.
AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS. The one metre thick walls, original stone and local hand made terracotta tiles help provide a welcome cooling effect in summer. The wood beamed ceilings combined with the classical local style furnishings all add to the immense charm of this delightful character farmhouse.
