The building is very well located between the rue St Honore, avenue de l'Opera, and the Place Vendome/rue de la Paix. The Louvre, the Tuileries, the Embassies, the chic and fashionable shopping districts, the Opera Garnier and the Palais Royal are all within a 5 minute's walk.

Upon entering the building, you are transported back to the 1700s with its large sweeping staircase and entry hall. No need to panic as there is a newly installed elevator to take you up to the apartment on the Third floor. The apartment measures 150 square meters or 1641 square feet.
There are 3 large bedrooms, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large Living Room/Dining Room. The Living Room/ Dining Room area is a large open area with plenty of sunlight as there are window all around. The flooring is comprised of the old, original terra cotta, called tomettes.
There are lovely warm, exposed wood beams in this area. The decor of the furnishings is simple and stylish, yet with a antique touch. From the Living Room, there are three doors which go into other areas of the apartment - the kitchen, a third bedroom,and the master bedroom suite. The kitchen is a long galley style arrangement. The second bedroom and the second bathroom are on the other side of the apartment, just after you enter the apartment. Here you have a large bedroom with a double bed and nightstands. There is a desk and chair too. One wall of this bedroom has floor to ceiling closet space. The bedroom has two large windows that look out onto a quiet side street. The flooring for this bedroom is a light beige carpeting. The second bathroom is next door to the bedroom and is equipped with a nice sized-window, a shower stall, toilet and the combination washing machine/dryer. There is a nice sized vanity mirror and counter top for your bath necessities. This bathroom also has an electric heater/towel dryer. The flooring is white ceramic tile.
