It is conveniently located 110km from Bordeaux airport (now just over one hour by motorway), with closest shops and services in the small town of Mussidan (5km).

Fine cloths and the best quality tiling and materials have been used to complement the existing features - original beams and monumental fireplaces. The main house has spacious and very comfortable living areas, with a well equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful covered terrace for eating outdoors. Also on the ground floor are a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and a wc, and a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a wc. Another double bedoom with an en suite shower room with a wc are on a lower garden level reached via a narrow spiral staircase.
The other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor (one of the twin bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a wc, and the single bedroom is quite simply furnished). The Guest house is located just outside the swimming pool and is more simply furnished than the main house. It consists of a living room and a kitchenette on the ground floor, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a bathroom and a separate wc on the first floor.
