The Villa is located in the island of Spetses, only 15 from the centre of the town and 10 meters from the beach. It has modern architecture style within a magnificent view of the sea.

Spetses is situated to the Northeast of the entrance to the Argolic Gulf, surrounded by the smaller islands Spetsopoula and Agios Giannis and the tiny Bourboulo. The island has an oval shape, with a perimete of 11 nautical miles, a surface area of 22.5 square kilometers, a length of 6.5 Kilometres and a width of 4 kilometres. The highest point on the island is the peak of Profitis Ilias, at 291 meters. The population numbers approximately 4,500, living in the main town, which carries the islands name. In antiquity, the island was called 'Pityoussa' which means 'covered in Pine' and this name most probably remained in use for three millennia, until the first centuries of the Byzantine Empire. The current name originates from the Venetians, who named the island 'Isola Di Spezzie- 'Fragrant Island', after the many fragrant herbs which grew there. The name Spetses was later derived from the description.
