The top floor of the villa is a two bedroom apartment furnished in a country style with open wood-beamed ceilings, tiled floors and a fireplace. The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area facing the fireplace with a fold-out sofa for extra sleeping room, chairs and a coffee table.
At the far end of this large room is a well-equipped, open plan kitchen with an ample dining table.
There are two bedrooms off the main living area, one with double bed and one with two single beds. A sizable, modern w/c shower room is centrally located off the kitchen area.
The bottom floor comprises an apartment with an open plan living room and well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with double bed and a w/c shower room. The living room has a fold-out sofa for extra sleeping room.
Exterior
One of the best features of Villa Bakaros Apartment are the wide verandas on both levels, the top offering fabulous views to the sea and the neighbouring island of Peristera, and the bottom offering views through the olive grove to the sea.
There is plenty of space for outdoor meals or just relaxing in the summer sun on each of these furnished terraces. They both have partially shaded areas so you can enjoy the outdoors even in the heat of the day.
Surroundings
The villa is situated in an olive grove only 100m from a pebbly beach with crystal clear sea. The beach can be found by a foot path starting from the bottom of the property. A pretty little cove with another beach can be reached by walking just a few minutes further.
Alternatively, it takes less than five minutes by car to reach the beautiful beach of Agios Dimitrios and just a couple of minutes longer in the other direction to visit the picture-postcard fishing harbour of Steni Vala, a popular stop for yachtsmen who anchor here to eat in the delightful fish tavernas.
Villa Bakaros Apartment are great for large parties and families who want ample space for outdoor living with fabulous sea views and a comfortable accommodation with plenty of sleeping areas for up to 9 people. Since the apartments are quite private from each other, they can also be rented separately for couples and smaller families.
