Ground floor: The grand entrance hall leads to a large living room (450 m2 including outside terrace) and adjacent dining room. Both lead onto the covered terrace area and share views overlooking the valley and the pool area. The stylish living room contains a fireplace, two 2-seater sofas, one 3-seater sofa, one armchair, satellite TV and a DVD-CD player.
The dining room contains a wrought iron glass-topped dining table that seats 8. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with marble work tops, wooden units, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms: 1 double (double bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with fitted wooden wardrobes and a balcony; and 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m). There is a communal bathroom with bath and hand-held shower and a separate wc.
First Floor: There are two double bedrooms: 1 master bedroom (double bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi for 2 and a separate tiled walk-in shower. This room has its own terrace and dressing room; and 1 double bedroom (double bed 1.50m x 2.00m). There is a separate bathroom with shower. Grounds: garden with several terraces, swimming pool, barbecue, 6 sun loungers and chairs.
