The living room connects to an approx. 6m² balcony (facing south) with seating possibilities and the kitchen - seperated by a glass door - which comes fully equipped with pans, pots etc., baking oven, stove, refrigerator. The small live-in kitchen offers dining space for 2 people. The new bathroom comes with bathtub, shower, towel-heater, washing machine and a dryer. The apartment has stylish wooden flooring and is modernly and tastefully furnished and is brightly lit and inviting due to its large windows and high ceiling. Location & vicinity: You'll live right in the heart of Berlin in the Mitte district. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated traditional Berlin tenement with a lovely, verdant open courtyard. Free parking lots can be found right infront of the doorstep. There's a beautiful park with a small lake and a charming restaurant (the Engelbecken) nearby. The Spree river is just a stone's throw away, where you can go for a stroll along the bank or go on a boat cruise (starting from Jannowitzbrücke) through the city. The Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain districts with their interesting shopping and dining facilities as well as their club- and subculture leave no wishes unfulfilled. For your daily needs there are 2 large shopping malls (open until 10pm) and a shopping complex a 5 minute walk away.
