This traditional Casona Asturiana, recently restored by the owner to a very high standard, is split into two apartments, each of which has two floors and its own garden/sitting out space. It is just outside a little farming hamlet in Asturias, isolated among towering mountains, yet just 10 km from Panes, with shops, restaurants and bars and a host of outdoor activities; this is a real mountain hideaway, but just 25km drive from the coast, the nearest beach the Playa de Pechon. The apartment occupies the front part of the house, and is well furnished and equipped to make a comfortable,attractive holiday home. It has a porch and a grassy area (not enclosed) for sitting out; also there is a large balcony with beautiful views over the valley and hills. There is plenty of space for parking in in the wide lane in front of the house. Accommodation Description: Covered porch and sitting out area to front of house. Front door to large open plan ground floor with well equipped kitchen/diner to one side and lounge (sofa bed 135cm, statellite TV, music center) to the other. Stairs in corner lead to landing, off which two bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles) and a nice modern bathroom (shower only). Central heating, garden furniture. Interior Decor: Recently restored to a high standard. Country style with walls painted in yellow or stonework on show.
