Casa Topiqua is located in Playa Langosta, a secluded, upscale beachfront neighborhood at the south end of Tamarindo.
It is the epitome of Costa Rica living – and the setting could not be more perfect. The pool and beach level gardens are just steps from the waves of the Pacific.
The courtyard, and entrance to the house with circular drive, fountain, and covered terrace are classic Mediterranean. Upon entering the house, to the right is a large elegant wet bar, sitting area, and separate den with queen futon sleeper sofa.
To the left you find a marvelous kitchen with commercial stove/oven, island, 3 basin kitchen sink, and breakfast nook. There is another large bedroom just off the kitchen.
The spiral staircase with 3 level waterfall leads to the enormous master suite and large walk-in bath. The suite opens onto a private balcony with a stunning view of the ocean.
The spacious guest suite also opens to the balcony and shares a bath with a third bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds.
Take the staircase down a half level to the spacious living and dining area where you will find all the comforts of home – cable TV, stereo, DVD, and large dining table.
The great room fronts the ocean and opens onto a spacious pool and patio that are perfect for entertaining. The infinity pool with its children’s pool, underwater stools, and spa overlooks the ocean and beach.
The main house sleeps up to 12. Still need more room? There is a one bedroom, air conditioned casita with cable TV, phone, and kitchen in the courtyard. With a queen bed in the bedroom and queen futon in the living area, it will sleep 4.
