This four bedroom home is perfectly located on a beautiful pink beach, bordered by coconut palms. All rooms face the ocean. There is a spacious entrance hall, living room and dining room as well as an enclosed sun porch. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate dining area, the house also offers laundry facilities. The four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, look directly to the ocean which is less than 100 feet away. The master bedroom has a king sized four poster bed with an adjoining dressing room and bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a sunken garden facing the ocean. The second wood panelled bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom, located off the kitchen, has two twin beds. The fourth and new pool side bedroom and bathroom enjoys its own private porch over looking the pool and has extra long twin beds. The bedroom can be accessed from the main house down a corridor or directly from the pool. The house enjoys cooling ocean breezes and also offers air conditioning in all rooms. For outdoor living, there is a swimming pool, tiled patio and a covered lanai with barbecue and built-in benches. The grounds are landscaped with many flowering bushes. You will enjoy privacy and yet be only three houses away from the Mid Ocean Club Golf Course. This is a non-smoking house.
