Accommodation
Theinnovative architectural style of Villa Kerina gives guests the feeling of freedom
and spaciousness. It offers a living space of 270 m2 and 110 m2 of terraces and is built
on a plot of 7000 m2, with no immediate neighbours.
Villa Kerina can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 guests in 5 bedrooms,
all with en-suite bathrooms, designed for privacy for the larger party, as each
bedroom opens out to either a balcony, terrace or patio, from which lovely views
can be enjoyed.
Built in four semi levels, Villa Kerina spares no luxury. Interior design and furnishings
combine simplicity and sumptuousness, with the use of pale wood and chrome,
mixed with splashes of color.
On the main floor, and as you enter, a large open plan area welcomes you, with the
comfortable and stylish lounge with its fireplace, the dining room and the functional
kitchen, leading to the spacious verandas and the pools. Light and views enter
through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, giving an airy feel.
A few stairs lead to the master bedroom, with king size bed, a bathroom with hydromassage
and a large private terrace with spectacular views.
Three more bedrooms are set on the ground floor, all spacious and with en-suite
bathroom with shower. They open out to a patio with garden furnishings and comfy
corners for sitting at leisure.
On the lower level, the property offers a self contained guest-studio, with the
possibility of direct access by the garden area. It is a large open plan area with a king
size bed, a sitting corner, with a neat kitchenette corner and a fridge and has an ensuite
bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the outside, a series of terraces and a lush garden embrace the house. The crystal
private pool is a highlight that adds to the villa dwellers' pleasure. A long separate
pool is designed for the children to enjoy.
The poolside and garden offer spots both of
cool shade, under the wooden pergolas, and radiant light, as well as privacy and
infinite views.
We have taken the greatest care in designing Villa Kerina to be a welcoming place,
well laid out for groups of families or friends, and to provide a very cool, relaxing and
comfortable feeling. Though it is a self-catering property, our personal approach is
very much present from the welcome meet & greet you will receive at Chania airport
to our special treats and our attentive assistance throughout your Crete holiday.
