The flat has just been completely and very sympathetically refurbished to the highest quality.
It is perfectly situated, within walking distance of many of Edinburgh's most beautiful and exciting areas.

Princes Street is a 10-15 minute walk - you pass George Street on the way - both offering everything a shopper could desire, as well as a wonderful range of traditional to ultra-chic eating and drinking venues.
Stockbridge is a 5 minute walk, offering a range of wonderful traditional food shops amongst other interesting shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. This is also no distance from the world famous Botanical Gardens.
The Playhouse Theatre, the Omni Centre (where all the latest films are shown), Waverly Railway Station and St Andrews Bus Station are also well within walking distance.
The New Town itself has a superb mix of art galleries and antique shops. Just walking around this area and soaking up the history and architecture is a joy in itself. From the kitchen and second bedroom in the street you can look down at the old stables (now attractive little houses), and imagine the buzz of days gone by, with the sound of the hooves and the traps going over the cobbled street. Behind the stables are the beautiful town houses of Great King Street.

It is perfectly situated for walking to many of Edinburgh's favourite spots, but also has an excellent bus service with the nearest bus stop round the corner on Dundas Street, less than 200yds away. The New Town is one of the most beautiful and most desirable parts of Edinburgh. You can change your walking routes daily and find more and more fascinating streets, shops, bars etc. This is the perfect location for a truly wonderful break in one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in the world.
