Casa Raquela is set in a rural location on a hillside with lovely views over the valley and the Bay of Pollensa. It enjoys a quiet setting, yet is within easy reach of both Pollensa and Alcudia. The property comprises two villas, one for six and the other for four, which are always rented together and therefore make it ideal for two families who wish to holiday together, yet still retain a degree of privacy and independence. Both villas have been recently refurbished to a high standard with all modern conveniences and offer comfortable accommodation. Villa 1 is for six people and the accommodation is on one level. There is a split-level living/dining room that opens on to a dining terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom which share a shower room and a full bathroom. Villa 2, for four people, is at a lower level next to the pool. This villa also has a split-level living/dining room with access to a dining terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. The Master double bedroom has a full bathroom en suite and a dressing area and there is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. Each villa is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and benefits from satellite television. Villa 1 has a DVD player. There is air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living areas. The private swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 5 m and has a separate children’s area. It is accessed by built-in steps and is surrounded by terracing and lawned gardens. There is a covered barbecue area with a portable barbecue and from here there are stunning sea views of the Bay of Pollensa with the mountains in the distance.
