Just a 10 minute walk away from the beach, this large 4 bedroom property is set at the top of a small hill offering clear sea views. The town with its bars, restaurants and small supermarket is a 15 minute walk away and there is a small tourist train that stops at the bottom of the road that takes you to the shops and bars at Punta Prima. On arriving at the villa we go into the driveway which is big enough to park the car. Going up a few steps we come to the left hand side of the house where the pool is siutuated and measures 8 x 4m, depth 0.5 to 1.5m and is surrounded by sun bathing terraces with sunloungers and an open terrace with built in B.B.Q. which has a door leading into the kitchen. Going up the steps to the right you come onto a large covered terrace from which leads the front patio doors into the property. This terrace offers sea views and has a large outside table and chairs for 10 people. There is also a small sofa and 2 chairs. Going into the property from here we come into the lounge that has 2 large sofas, dining room table and chairs for 8 people, a TV (Spanish only), and the door which leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is large and well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. From here leads the door onto the small patio where a casita houses the washing machine. Going through the archway from the lounge you come into a long hallway. Turning left, going to the end, you come to the first bedroom. This is a small bedroom which has bunk beds and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is next door to this bedroom and has a half bath, shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom is next to this and it also has bath, shower and toilet. Going up a couple of steps we come to be another spacious bedroom which has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe. At the end of the hallway we come to a very large room that has 3 single beds (and room for another) and fitted wardrobes. Next to this is the master bedroom which has doors leading out onto the front patio. It has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with full bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All the bedrooms have freestanding fans.
