Villa Melarchione is a characteristic Tuscan house situated on the entrance of Gaiole In Chianti (1 km), access via a private road. It is enclosed in a large park where, surrounded by trees, there are the swimming pool and a furnished area with barbecue. The house is on a terraced ground and has several direct accesses to the garden. It is divided into 4 parts with no internal connection, but could be rented as 1 property only. The furnishing is a mix of antique and country style. It has TV, dishwasher, heating. On request the twin bedrooms could be double bedrooms. The Villa is situated in one of the most interesting part of Chianti Classici Senese, rich of old medieval castles and churches. Famous are Brollo e Meleto castle and the church of Coltibuono. The wine is DOC and wide world famous, the cooking tradition are still going strong and along the Via Chiantigiana which leads to Siena 23 km there are numerous possibilities to taste the local specialties.
