The villa is situated on south facing terraces on the hillside below the village of Chateauneuf de Grasse in a wonderfully sunny and sheltered position, giving magnificent views over the surrounding olive groves to the Mediterranean in the distance.
Some of the terraces are unfenced making the villa unsuitable for very young children.
