A converted farmhouse, dating back nearly 300 years, it has a shady covered terrace for pool-side dining and the intention have been beautifully renovated by the English owners, retaining some original stone walling and bearned ceilings. The dining room is light and spacious with a « cathedral » style ceiling and modern corner kitchen, and there is a cosy, sunken sitting room with comfortable settees.
It is situated less than a kilometre from the centre of the pretty village of St. Cezaire which is perched on the edge of a steep wooded valley through which runs the river Siagne. The village has panoramic views from the Basse Alps to the Mediterranean and the distant Bay of St. Tropez as well as a colourful square with water fountain, pavement cafés and restaurants.
Nearly is the pretty village of Cabris with its chateau and golf course, and the coastal resorts of Cannes, Juan les Pins and Antibes are just a short drive away.

The house is in a small village on the outskirts of Grasse. Grasse is a small city, famous all around the world as "the capital of perfumes", in the French Riviera near Cannes, Antibes and Nice. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate.
Access :
20 km from Cannes, 180 km from Marseilles, 170 km from Aix-en-Provence. You can get to Grasse by road or by train (to Antibes). You can also fly to Nice international airport and drive from there (30mn).
