Villa Le Turille is a magnificent 19th century mansion just outside the medieval town of Grasse, known as the world capital of perfume. The villa was built in 1883 during the Belle Epoque for a local perfume family. Villa Le Turille has 8 bedrooms (4 double rooms and 4 twin rooms).
There are 2 living rooms, one with UK Satellite TV, X-Box games system, DVD and Video players, a piano, games cupboard and a large selection of videos and DVDs.
The other salon is a library containing novels, guide books and maps. The large kitchen/dining room is very well equipped and has a large open fireplace. The doors of the kitchen open onto the large terrace in front of the villa with many tables and chairs for outside dining.
Behind the house are olive groves with various fruit trees. The park-like gardens contain large palm trees, pines, cedars and cypresses, Mimosa trees, bougainvillea, lemon and orange trees, geraniums and wisteria.
All bedrooms except for the Cottage, which is an annex in the garden, have sea views. The 8th bedroom, in the cottage, is a small double bedroom with shower and WC and has a private garden area with table and chairs.
Grasse is world famous for it's perfume business and the three main perfume houses, Molinard, Galimard and Fragonard can all be visited in Grasse.
