Villa Tarantina is a restored paper mill that was converted long time ago, like many others in the area, into two large private apartments, which can also be rented separately.
The views from the house are magnificent; the water is just below the property, which has its private access to the sea and three private and large terraces, equipped with lounge chairs , sun umbrellas etc.

Apartment 1: (Sleeps 4)
The rooms in the apartment have majolica tiled floors with high arched ceilings.
The apartment consists of:
· Well equipped and spacious kitchen with marble benches and dining table.
· Large bathroom with tub in the living room
· Living room with sofas, armchairs , satellite TV and pay phone
· Double bedroom with French windows opening to small terrace
· Double bedroom opening to a second small terrace equipped with garden furniture.
· Bathroom with shower.
Apartment 2 (Sleeps 4):
The apartment is on two levels and has a large terrace with a pergola just outside the sitting room, ideal for al fresco meals. It consists of:
Independent entrance ( 42 steps down ) from a shaded terrace into a sitting room leading to the well equipped kitchen.
· Large double bedroom with window opening to garden and en suite small shower bathroom.
· Three steps to twin bedroom ( on request can be made up as double) with French windows to terrace on the sea.
· Large living room, also with French windows to terrace.
· Bathroom with tub in the corridor.
Pay telephone available for incoming and outgoing calls - washing machine - dishwasher - four-burner cooker with electric oven - refrigerator with freezer - satellite TV and video recorder - radio cassette player (Apartment 1 only) - private sunbathing terrace on cliff - small plunge pool for children - private garage for 1 car for the Apartment 1 and shaded parking (1 medium sized car) for the Apartment 2 - terrace - wisteria pergola - outdoors furniture and lighting, ironing facilities, hair dryers.

Maid service: 3 hours mid week with change of linen on Saturdays. Mandatory weekly cleaning fee, payable locally in cash: 100,00 euros per each apartment. Extra hours on request on confirmation of booking, payable locally, approximately Euro 10,00 an hour. Refundable security deposit due upon arrival in cash of Euro 1.000.
ACCESS: The entrance of the Apartment 1 is at road level; the independent access to the Apartment 2 is down 42 stairs.
