Outside/Garden : You will enjoy the two large terraces (lower and intermediary floor) and the peaceful garden, planted with lawn and various ornamental plants but also the large swimming pool and the pool house with summer kitchen. Some garden furniture is available, as well a tennis court.

Neighborhood : Parking space is available in the property (garage) or in the street.
The beach and La Croisette are at reasonable walking distance (15mn walk – 8/10 mn drive).
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels.
On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
