This is an historic lookout house in the old city center of Granada, located at the foot of the wall which divides the historical quarter of Albayzín (declared a Heritage Site by the UNESCO) and the Sacromonte, with the best view of the Alhambra, the Generalife and the city. Access is forbidden to four-wheeled vehicles (100 meters away a parking space is available; 1 km from private car parking). This restriction provides the quarter with the tranquillity of a rural area. Not suitable for handicapped people because of the staircase to access the house. The house is 50 meters from the nearest bus stop; 150 meters from grocery shops; 10 minutes by foot from Granada city center, 100m from bars, restaurants and flamenco shows. 8 km distance from the Granada Golf Club (in Las Gabias); 38 km from the ski resorts of Sierra Nevada; 70 km from the beaches of Motril and Salobreña.
