This detached villa is very quietly positioned, just a mile from a nearby village , 30 km south of Rethymnon on the southern coast of Crete. It is surrounded by large grounds of 2500sqm and pretty gardens with flowers, palm, and olive trees plus a private swimming pool of 50sqm , and a BBQ.

An outside stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is an open plan living/dining room with a well equipped built in kitchen, seating corner, open fireplace, and satellite TV. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, a bathroom with bath/WC and a washing machine. From the verandas there are wonderful sea views over the Bay of Plakias.
The nearest beach and a wide selection of shops and tavernas can be found a mile away. We consider a car to be essential, and parking space is available
